Gracias a la tenacidad de sus habitantes y sus privilegios naturales de suelo y clima, Maipú, Primera Zona Vitícola de la Argentina; mantuvo la tradición de su descendencia, logrando el reconocimiento internacional por la excelencia de sus vinos. Paseos como el Museo del Vino de Bodega La Rural o el Museo Nacional del Vino y la Vendimia, fueron testigos y conservan gran parte de esta historia. Bodegas López, Familia Zuccardi, Bodega Trapiche o Finca Flichman, como también numerosas bodegas artesanales de carácter familiar, nos ofrecen el placer soñado para cada uno de nuestros sentidos. Sus intensas texturas, sus matices, sus aromas y sus sofisticados sabores generan un contexto pleno para su degustación, aportando indicadores de su elaboración, de su entorno natural, e incluso de los ancestrales deseos de preservar para toda la humanidad uno de sus más valiosos tesoros: el vino. Thanks to the tenancy of its inhabitants and its natural privileges of soil and climate, Maipu, the first wine-growing zone in Argentina, kept the tradition in its descent, accomplishing the international recognition because of the excellence of its wines. Walks like the Wine Museum in La Rural Winery or The National Museum of Wine and Vintage, were witnesses and have great part of this history. Lopez Winery, Zuccardi Family, Trapiche Winery, Flichman Country Estate, as well as familiar artisanship wineries, offer us the dreamt pleasure for each one of our senses. Their intense textures, their shades, their aromas and their sophisticated flavours generate a plentiful context for the tasting, giving indicators of their elaboration, their natural environment and even their ancestral desires of preserving for the entire humanity one of their most valuable treasures: the wine. |
